Do I need to be a home builder or contractor to become a franchisee?
Yes. Our franchise model is an extension of your current construction business. A Tarion Warranty is mandatory for Ontario builders, and an Atlantic home Warranty is mandatory for Atlantic Canadian builders. With the Rebuild Response® franchise model, you will be able to continue to build residential and commercial structures with your current teams in place, without additional capital.
What is the cost of a Rebuild Response® exclusive territory?
The purchase of a turnkey exclusive territory is typically $28,000 – $35,000 depending on the awarded territory’s size and selected location.
How fast can I see my return on investment?
It is possible to see a full return on your investment after your first large project or within the first 6 months on an activated territory (times may vary).
What do I get for my investment?
The initial franchise cost is between $28,000-$35,000, with services provided before opening include:

How much is the royalty fee?
The royalty fee is 5% of gross revenue. However, after your territory reaches $3M annually in gross revenue, our royalty fees are reduced to 4% and even 3%.
How much are the marketing fees?
The marketing fee is a flat fee of $1584 paid yearly in January. This fee are invested in marketing activities to build brand awareness, provincially and regionally.
